Groundbreaking near Frankfurt
In the presence of Mayor Adnan Shaikh, Michael Cyriax, Administrator of the Main-Taunus district and Wolfgang Limmer, Finance Director Samsung Electronics, OFB Projektentwicklung and Art-Invest Real Estate celebrated the groundbreaking of the Eschborn Gate building - together with all planners and companies involved in its construction.
The office building on the outskirts of Frankfurt, will offer 50,000 m² of GFA housing the new German headquarters of the South Korean technology group Samsung. It consists of four base structures, a parking garage and a 16-storey office tower. The buildings are embedded in a spacious, green campus and create open spaces and squares that can be used for restaurants and services. The quarter aims for a LEED certification.
