Europe's largest Holiday Inn Express opens in Düsseldorf
Europe's largest Holiday Inn Express, a 3-star hotel with 455 rooms, has been completed along Moskauer Strasse in the city of Düsseldorf in Germany. The hotel is situated nearby the new „Grand Central district” and its shape follows a curve of the street in front of it. Thanks to the fully glazed ground floor, it develops a square-like expansion towards its neighborhood and provides insights into the interior. The hotel is a joint project by UBM Development and Munich Hotel Projekt GmbH and has received a Greenbuilding rating of “DGNB Gold”.
