The Smart Office in Düsseldorf's Airport City
The „Smart Office” in Düsseldorf's Airport City, developed by the bema Group and the ABG Real Estate Group, is nearing completion, already showing off its appearance, which is broken up by the soft play of light on its dark, shiny metal facade. The sculptural new office building consists of two H-shaped wings connected by glass bridges. They create a tall address-forming portal that directs views into a green inner courtyard. The Smart Office will receive a WiredScore as well as a DGNB Gold certification.
