Topping-out ceremony for the first phase of Eschborn Gate
sop architekten along with Art-Invest Real Estate, OFB Projektentwicklung, Samsung Electronics, the Hessian State Secretary Dr. Philipp Nimmermann, District Administrator Michael Cyriax and Eschborn Mayor Adnan Shaikh, celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the first two buildings of the new Eschborn Gate business district.
In addition to the 17-storey tower, which will be the new home of Samsung, the first phase of construction will also include the HUB, a mix of offices, restaurants, retail and other services. In total, Eschborn Gate will cover around 50,000 m² and consist of several structures, including a multi-storey and an underground car park. The centrepiece will be the neighbourhood square with generous green areas, outdoor work spaces and a variety of recreational facilities.
