Borussia Mönchengladbach announce go-ahead for new building
At a press conference held today, Bundesliga football club Borussia Mönchengladbach gave the go-ahead for a new building in its Borussia Park. Designed by sop | architekten, it will house a hotel, a club museum and a fan shop as well as the club’s administrative offices. Set at an oblique angle, the structure is designed to create a certain spatial tension with the existing training site and with a reference to the club’s Borussia Diamond logo.
