Groundbreaking for the New Headquarters of Lindt & Sprüngli in Aachen
In the presence of Aachen’s Mayor Sibylle Keupen, Adalbert Lechner (Global CEO of Lindt), and Michal Spiller (Lindt Germany CEO), the official groundbreaking ceremony for the new, landmark headquarters of chocolate manufacturer Lindt & Sprüngli took place this week in Aachen.
The new building complex, designed to be CO₂-neutral, includes a square-shaped office building featuring generous lounge and communal areas, as well as a 130-meter-long functional building housing the factory outlet and an adjacent parking garage. Clad in brushed, brass-colored metal panels, this striking structure subtly evokes the traditional product world of the iconic chocolate brand.
