The underground shell construction phase is almost complete!
The structural work for the basement of the Biomedical Engineering Cluster on the Melaten Campus of RWTH Aachen University, part of the second construction phase, is almost complete.
Above-ground work for the new innovation centre for digital medicine and the new training academy for midwives and nurses will start very soon, meaning that the entire shell construction phase could be completed on schedule by summer 2024.
The highly flexible building complex, which will be built next to the prestigious CT² kick-off building, will consist of two interconnected structures that naturally complement the gate-like design of CT² and leave open the possibility of a third development phase.
