sop architekten come first in a two-stage international planning competition with their design for the ‘Rathaus der Zukunft mg+’ to be built in Mönchengladbach.
The guiding principle behind the new building complex is a glazed boulevard that links three administrative buildings, creating a place for local residents and local authority personnel to meet and symbolising a transparent and forward-looking form of local government.
