In the heart of Cologne city centre, Art-Invest Real Estate and sop architekten are planning a new commercial building that will stretch along Hohe Straße 62–66. This will bring a vibrant and diverse mix of uses back to Cologne’s prominent shopping street.

The 62HI project is being developed on a site measuring approximately 950 m² and blends harmoniously into the surrounding neighbourhood. Spacious, multi-storey shop frontages create a distinctive and inviting feature for the flexibly configurable retail areas and contribute to an attractive streetscape at the junction of the shopping street. Above the shop units rise four staggered storeys of flats, whose clearly defined cubic structure reflects the proportions of the individual flats.
