Progress at Hamburg’s Baakenhafen
Construction work for sop’s Campustower apartment block on the largest basin in Hamburg’s HafenCity is in full swing. The building, which overlooks the water on the eastern Baakenhafen dock, won an open competition in 2014 and forms an ensemble with the adjacent Delugan Meissl office tower.
Campustower is an 8-storey building that will feature a bright, maritime façade and will comprise 40 privately owned apartments and 24 low rent apartments. It is expected to be completed in 2018.
